I'm having technical issues. What do I do?
If you encounter technical difficulties while using the Mastered platform, there’s a couple of things you can do that generally fix most issues.
- Clear your browsing data. You can find guides on how to do this here: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Log out and then in again
If the problem continues, contact the Support team, explaining the issue you're experiencing. Please include a screenshot and any other relevant information so we can identify and fix what’s going wrong more easily.
