How do I log in?
If you're still having trouble, do the following:
- Check that the email address you're using is the one that normally receives messages from us
- Clear your browsing data. You can find guides on how to do this here depending on the browser that you use: Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Try to log in again
- Check your junk or spam folder if you don't receive the email to reset your password within five minutes
